Along with Maple syrup we also grow several hundred acres of corn, beans & hay around the Canton area.

Office Hours
Our offices are open from 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday and are closed Sunday. Our shipping office is closed on all government-observed holidays.
Order Fulfillment
We will fulfill your order correctly and quickly, in order to maintain the best service to our customers.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made before the order ships. If the product has not shipped, a refund will be issued. If a cancellation is placed after the order shipped, it is up to the customer to refuse the package or send the package back. Once the package is returned, a full refund will be issued, less shipping and handling charges. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
Shipping Policies
We ship via USPS or FedEx®, or the U.S. Postal Service. Business days are Monday through Friday and on non-government-observed holidays. Under normal circumstances, orders placed will ship the following business day. You have 30 days to contact us if you have not received your product. If we have confirmation your package was delivered we are no longer responsible for your product. Standard Shipping costs are determined by your order total. Certain items may bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight, Insurance is extra.
Undeliverable Packages
FedEx® will make three attempts to deliver your order before the package is returned to the company; USPS will make one attempt. Customers are issued a refund if their package is returned (less shipping and handling). We cannot reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.
RETURN POLICY
All items are made fresh for your order. If you have any questions about your order or the product you received, please do not hesitate to contact us. Only unopened product can be returned with a Returned Material authorization Number (RMA). Returned items cannot be resold.
